Our Monthly Wellness Membership (Acorn to Oak) is designed to support your long-term health and chiropractic care goals. Membership includes up to four (4) chiropractic visits per calendar month at a discounted rate, along with exclusive access to our Acorn to Oak Perks* (see below for details). Additional visits per month are $15 each when needed.

By enrolling in the Monthly Wellness Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Included Visits: Membership entitles the named member to receive up to four (4) chiropractic visits per calendar month. Unused visits do not roll over and have no cash value.

  • Acorn to Oak Perks: Members also gain access to our Acorn to Oak wellness perks, including:

    • Red-light therapy

    • Far-red therapy tables

    • Exclusive discounts on supplements and wellness products

    • Additional seasonal or promotional perks as announced

  • Eligibility: Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the individual enrolled.

  • Billing & Renewal: Membership is billed automatically on a monthly basis. The card or payment method on file will be charged each month until cancellation. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.

  • Cancellation Policy: Membership may be canceled at any time with [insert notice requirement, e.g., "7-day written notice prior to your next billing date"]. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or through our designated cancellation platform.

  • Additional Visits: Any visits beyond the four (4) included per month will be offered at a discounted member rate.

  • Not Insurance: This membership is not insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with insurance benefits, personal injury, or workers’ compensation claims.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify membership terms, pricing, and included services with prior notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
