Acorn to Oak Monthly Membership* $160/mo ($40/visit)
Family Member Add On (first additional) $120/mo ($30/visit)
Family Member Add On (each additional) $80/mo ($20/visit)
Membership Details:
The Acorn to Oak Monthly Membership supports your long-term health with up to 4 visits/month at discounted rates plus exclusive perks. Extra visits are $25 each.
Family Add-On:
Add family members (same household) for up to 4 visits/month at discounted rates. Must have a primary Acorn to Oak member. Additional visits $25 each.

By enrolling in the Monthly Wellness Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Included Visits: Membership entitles the named member to receive up to four (4) chiropractic visits per calendar month. Unused visits do not roll over and have no cash value.
Acorn to Oak Perks: Members also gain access to our Acorn to Oak wellness perks, including:
Red-light therapy
Biomat: far-infrared light, negative ion therapy
Exclusive discounts on supplements and wellness products
Additional seasonal or promotional perks as announced
Eligibility: Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the individual enrolled.
Billing & Renewal: Membership is billed automatically on a monthly basis. The card or payment method on file will be charged each month until cancellation. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.
Cancellation Policy: Membership may be canceled at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Additional Visits: Any visits beyond the four (4) included per month will be offered at the discounted member rate of $25.
Not Insurance: This membership is not insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with insurance benefits, personal injury, or workers’ compensation claims.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify membership terms, pricing, and included services with prior notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
For Medicare Patients: We welcome Medicare patients, but can’t bill Medicare directly. We offer clear pricing and will guide you through the necessary paperwork.
Why We Don’t Accept Insurance
Insurance works for emergencies but often limits wellness care like chiropractic. It can restrict visits, doesn’t cover preventive care, and Medicare only pays for treatment of symptoms—not ongoing wellness.
By not accepting insurance, we offer:
