Initial Visit Fee $199 or $99

Single Adjustment Fee $65

8 Visit Package $440 ($55/visit)

Acorn to Oak Monthly Membership* $180/mo ($45/visit)

Family Member Add On (each additional) $140/mo ($35/visit)

Teacher/Military/1st Responder $160/mo ($40/visit)

*Membership Details:
The Acorn to Oak Monthly Membership supports your long-term health with up to 4 visits/month at discounted rates plus exclusive perks.

Family Add-On:
Add family members (same household) for up to 4 visits/month at discounted rates. Must have a primary Acorn to Oak member.

Additional visits: $40 each.

We are a cash-based practice, which allows us to focus fully on care quality, simplicity, and personalized treatment

Insurance: Currently, we are working with Medicare as a Non-Par Provider.

For Medicare Patients: We welcome Medicare patients, but can’t bill Medicare directly. We offer clear pricing and will guide you through the necessary paperwork.

*Acorn to Oak Membership Plan

By enrolling in the Monthly Wellness Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Included Visits: Membership entitles the named member to receive up to four (4) chiropractic visits per calendar month. Unused visits do not roll over and have no cash value.

  • Acorn to Oak Perks: Members also gain access to our Acorn to Oak wellness perks, including:

    • Red-light therapy

    • Biomat: far-infrared light, negative ion therapy

    • Exclusive discounts on supplements and wellness products

    • Additional seasonal or promotional perks as announced

  • Eligibility: Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the individual enrolled.

  • Billing & Renewal: Membership is billed automatically on a monthly basis. The card or payment method on file will be charged each month until cancellation. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.

  • Cancellation Policy: Membership may be canceled at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Additional Visits: Any visits beyond the four (4) included per month will be offered at the discounted member rate of $40.

  • Not Insurance: This membership is not insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with insurance benefits, personal injury, or workers’ compensation claims.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify membership terms, pricing, and included services with prior notice. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
